Yamaha FX SVHO: Reset the Maintenance and Flush Warning

After an oil change and service, the FX SVHO's indicator often stays stubborn. M-JET DIAGNOSTIC resets the maintenance and flush warnings, as far as your model offers it.

Procedure

  • Carry out oil change and service according to the manual
  • Connect the app and open the service function
  • Reset the maintenance or flush warning
  • View fault memory and operating hours as a check

Why only after the job is done

The warning reminds you of the next interval. If you reset it without servicing, you lose that reminder. Especially in saltwater use, flushing is an important protection for the engine and connectors even when the indicator is calm right now. Note the operating hours reading after the service so you can plan the next interval.
