Which Sea-Doo 350 to Buy: RXP-X, RXT-X, GTX Limited or Senna
The engine won't make the choice for you. All four 350s get the Rotax 1630 ACE 350 with 350 hp, the same ECU and the same tank. Where they differ is hull, seating, load capacity and equipment, and that's what decides whether you're still happy after a season. After a lot of conversations at the dock and in the shop, a handful of questions keep pointing riders to the right ski.
Five questions before you buy
- Do you mostly ride solo or almost always with a passenger?
- Are you after tight turns and short bursts, or long runs and cruising?
- How much gear, cooler or equipment comes along?
- Does easy boarding and swimming off the back matter to you?
- Are you buying something to ride, or also a piece you want to keep?
The short answer as a table

RXP-X 350: the ski for riding solo
If you'd rather ride alone, carve tight and really feel the ski, you'll end up on the RXP-X. The T3-R hull, the Ergolock R race seat and the low-rise race handlebar make it clear what it was built for. Add Launch Control, a hydraulic steering damper with three settings and, new for 2027, the Tech Package with the big touchscreen and audio as standard. To be honest: with 182 kg (approx. 401 lb) of capacity and one seat from the factory, it's not a family ski. A passenger seat is available as an accessory, which is fine for the occasional ride-along. What to know about the speed limiter on the RXP-X is covered in lifting the speed limiter on the RXP-X 350.
RXT-X 350: performance with room
The RXT-X is for riders who like the character of the RXP-X but regularly go out two-up or three-up. It has the longer ST3 hull, 273 kg (approx. 602 lb) of capacity, a two-piece Ergolock seat and still gets Launch Control, X-Sponsons and the hydraulic steering damper. Tilt steering and the swim platform with LinQ make it easier to live with when you head out loaded with gear. For longer runs with a passenger it's the obvious pick, more in RXT-X 350 for long runs and riding two-up.
GTX Limited 350: comfort first
The GTX Limited isn't about the race course, it's about the day on the water. The Limited Package adds pop-up cleats for tying up, knee pads, a seat storage organizer and a cover. The display has a depth finder, which is worth more in an unfamiliar cove than any tenth of a second. With iDF you clear the pump at the push of a button when you have to run through weeds. And with 350 hp it's still anything but slow. If you're planning long family rides and don't need a race setup, this is your ski. There's a dedicated piece on lifting the speed limiter on the GTX Limited 350.
RXP-X Senna 350: ride it and keep it
Technically the Senna is an RXP-X 350 with the T3-R hull, but it comes with a matching passenger seat, BRP Platinum Audio and the full Senna treatment, from the signature and quotes to the numbered plaque. There are 1,991 units worldwide. Plenty of buyers still want to ride a piece like this and be able to return it to original condition at any time. That's why it matters that the flasher tune can go back to the stock file and the Speed Limit Remover can be switched off in the app whenever you like. More on that in reversibly lifting the speed limiter on the Senna.
Plan the tune from day one
If you already know you'll tune later, here's the good news: it doesn't affect which model you pick. The M-JET FLASHER supports all four 350s. Before the first flash, the Bosch MG1CA920 ECU gets unlocked once, either by shipping it to Germany or Florida, or with an already unlocked replacement ECU from M-JET, so you don't ship anything at all. The app shows which setups are available for your model, and you can restore the stock file at any time.
If all you want is to get rid of the factory GPS and Vmax limit, you need neither a tune nor an unlock. The Speed Limit Remover fits all four, only gets plugged in briefly and is switched on in the app.
Still on the fence
Then put the numbers side by side. Length, height, weight and capacity for all four models are in Sea-Doo 350 specs. If you're thinking about a 325 instead of a new 350, Sea-Doo 325 vs 350 shows what you gain and what you don't.
Only want to lift the GPS speed limit, with no tune and no ECU unlock? The Speed Limit Remover is compatible with every 325 and 350, plugs in briefly and doesn't have to stay on the ski.
