Yamaha SuperJet Diagnostics (4-Stroke from 2021)
Since 2021 the SuperJet runs a four-stroke engine instead of the classic two-stroke, namely the 1.05-litre TR-1. That gives it a control unit with diagnostic functions you can use via app with M-JET DIAGNOSTIC.
What diagnostics bring to the SuperJet
- Read and clear fault codes
- Live data for engine, intake and battery
- Test of ignition coils, injectors and fuel pump
- Service reset and operating hours display
Harder use, closer look
A stand-up is often stressed harder in freestyle and racing than a tourer. Water in the engine bay, frequent capsizing and vibration can strain connectors and wires. After a fall, read the fault memory before you ride on. That shows whether a sensor or contact has taken a hit. With the operating hours per RPM range you can also see how hard a used SuperJet was really ridden.
