Reading Yamaha WaveRunner Live Data

What is your Yamaha WaveRunner really doing right now? M-JET DIAGNOSTIC shows you the control unit's measured values in real time on your phone. Up to 34 values per model are available.

These values you can see

  • Engine speed and ignition timing
  • Engine, intake air and exhaust manifold water temperature
  • Intake pressure and atmospheric pressure
  • Battery voltage
  • Injection duration and throttle valve angle
  • Switch and relay status, on some models also O₂ sensors

Which values depends on the model

The app recognizes your model and shows exactly the values the control unit provides for it. Depending on model year that is far fewer on an old FX and far more on a current GP or FX. Live data helps you judge a sensor before you replace it: if the value is in a plausible range, it is often the wiring rather than the part.
