Yamaha VXR and VXS Diagnostics (2011–2014)

VXR and VXS put the 1.8-litre engine into the lighter VX hull. M-JET DIAGNOSTIC covers both models of model years 2011 to 2014.

Light hull, strong engine

The combination makes the models very agile but strains drivetrain and electrics. Typical reasons for failures are voltage dips, moisture in connectors or poor ground connections. With live data you see whether battery voltage stays stable when starting and under load. A permanently low value points to the battery or charging system rather than to the control unit.
