Clearing the Yamaha WaveRunner Fault Memory

The fault is fixed, but the warning stays in the memory? With M-JET DIAGNOSTIC you clear the stored faults of your Yamaha WaveRunner yourself after the repair, in a few seconds and via app.

Read first, then clear

  • Read the fault memory and note the entries
  • Fix the cause, for example a connector, sensor or wire
  • Clear the faults in the app
  • Take a test ride and read the memory again

Why you should not just clear

If you clear the memory without fixing the cause, you will see the fault again on the next ride at the latest. You also lose the hints you need for troubleshooting. So always read first and check the listed points. If a code comes straight back after clearing, the fault is still present and you should get to the bottom of that component.
